Every consultant on ConsultHub passes our vetting process before their profile is shown to a single client. Vetting is the universal gate: we verify they can actually do the work — no unvetted profile is ever listed.
What we verify
Identity
Emirates ID or passport — confirmed against official documents before any profile is published.
Credentials & qualifications
Degrees, certifications, professional registrations, and sector licences — cross-checked with issuing bodies where possible.
Experience
Career history, claimed specialisations, and years of practice — assessed for consistency and credibility.
Work & references
Portfolio, case studies, and references reviewed to confirm the consultant can deliver what they say they can.
The vetting process

Apply & build your profile
Consultants complete a structured profile — bio, services, credentials, and verification documents.

Document review
Our team reviews identity documents and supporting credentials. Regulated-sector consultants must also provide the relevant licence.

Decision within 48 hours
We aim to issue a decision within 48 hours of a complete application. Approved consultants go live immediately.

Rejected? You can resubmit
If we can't approve a submission we explain why — clearly and specifically. Consultants can fix the issues and resubmit at any time.

Annual re-verification
Vetting isn't a one-time gate. We re-verify active consultants annually to keep the directory trustworthy.
Licences and badges
Licences are verified and badged where they exist or are required — not demanded across the board. Three situations apply:
No licence — vetting is enough
Many sectors don't require a licence to practise. A consultant without a licence is welcome: vetting alone is the gate. No licence badge appears, but the Vetted badge does.
Freelance permit
UAE freelancer licences are verified and shown on the profile. This confirms the consultant is legally authorised to operate independently in the UAE.
Agency or institutional licence
For regulated professions — legal, accounting, healthcare, and others — the relevant licence is required to pass vetting. These carry the highest licence badge.

- Emirati Talent
Reserved for UAE-national consultants whose nationality is confirmed via Emirates ID during vetting. Never self-declared — always verified.

- Are all consultants on ConsultHub vetted?
- Yes. Every consultant is vetted before they are listed — we verify they can actually do the work through their credentials, experience, and references. No unvetted profile is ever shown.
- Do consultants need a UAE licence?
- Not always. Vetting is the universal gate. Licences — a freelance permit, an agency licence, or an institutional licence — are verified and badged where they exist or where the profession legally requires one (for example legal, accounting, or healthcare). Unregulated sectors do not need one.
- Does ConsultHub charge a commission?
- No. ConsultHub is a discovery marketplace, not an agency. You contact consultants directly by phone, email, or WhatsApp and deal with them directly — they keep 100% of their fees and there are no intermediaries.
- How do I contact a consultant?
- Open a profile and tap Call, Email, or WhatsApp. We reveal the consultant's contact details along with a unique reference code — quote it when you get in touch. It powers verified reviews and keeps the directory honest.
- Are the reviews genuine?
- Yes. Reviews are tied to real contact events verified by reference code, and every review is moderated before it is published. Reviews flow both ways — clients review consultants, and consultants review clients.
- What is the Emirati Talent badge?
- A verified badge for UAE-national consultants, confirmed via Emirates ID during vetting — useful for Emiratisation and Nafis-aligned mandates. It is never self-declared alone.
